I am able to toggle between two mental models fairly easily. I am highly analytical when I need to be but also highly creative. Having this ability helps me better serve our users.

Took me a minute… but I am pretty nasty with Figma. I can spin up design systems, auto-layouts, and prototypes in no time.

While I love to make things real pretty, pretty designs just won’t cut it if the pretty thing doesn’t connect with our users context. I always spend a lot of time doing strategic thinking before making things pretty.

While I love the tools of production, I am adamant about face time that is unstructured and random. I prefer to swarm around issues and tackle problems with people vs spending too much time “tooling”.

I can’t work without my Kanban. In every environment I work I’ve got to have one to help me track and prioritize work so that I may deliver expeditiously.

I do what needs doing. I am not afraid to cross over into other world and practices to get things done. I’ve worked in Product, Program Management, and UX. Whatever it takes…
